The room was a disaster—smelly, dirty, and nothing like the photos. We had no water for a day, and the bathroom was falling apart. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unfriendly, making the whole experience just frustrating.

I've returned to this hotel multiple times, and my experiences have had highs and lows. The rooms can be spacious and well-equipped, with the essentials like a microwave and coffee machine. I've appreciated the clean conditions and decent Wi-Fi. cleanliness was hit or miss. I've encountered unkempt rooms, broken fixtures, and unpleasant odors. The breakfast? Disappointingly minimal. The location feels questionable, and transparency regarding payment options could improve. Staff interactions varied significantly; while some were helpful, others lacked warmth. This hotel has potential, but attention to detail and maintenance must be prioritized. I do want to return, but only for a better experience next time.

Thank you everyone for a quite comfortable stay with room for us to unpack and reorganise our cases for our trip home after more than 4 weeks on our road trip. The room was brand-new on the highest floor.

the room was equipped with a flat-screen TV, which was a nice touch for unwinding after a long day. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. there were several notable drawbacks. The tea and coffee facilities were lacking, with limited options and not restocked regularly. The sitting area was uncomfortable and could use some updating to make it more inviting. the free toiletries provided were of low quality and not replenished daily. Housekeeping was inconsistent, as some areas of the room were overlooked during cleaning. The laundry facilities were convenient but seemed outdated and in need of maintenance. my experience at Trident Inn & Suites was average.

I booked huge twin room here with 2 queen beds and the front desk several times plus the television. The location was nice, 1 km to New Orleans Lakefront airport, perfectly reachable. This hotel was located in a particularly great area.
